Tahamtan Aminian, Born in March. 1976 in Tehran and graduated from “Sooreh” Art University in Graphic Design in 1997.

He has worked and trained under “Majid Balouch” (one of the Iranian Masters of Graphic Design) in “Chap Atelier Design Studio” while he was a student. After that he started working in “Alavi Publication” as a graphic designer for 2 years. Now he is working in “Eshareh Advertising Agency” from 1999 and his position is art director in creative team for creative concept developing and art direction.

Tahamtan is also a member of IGDS (Iranian Graphic Designers Society). His works has been represented in some national and international exhibitions such as Warsaw (Poland), Lahti (Finland), Golden Bee (Moscow), Design of Dissent (USA), Graphic Imperative (USA), Hong Kong, Chaumont (France), China, 4th Block (Ukraine), La Louviere (Belgium), Toyama (Japan), Trnava (Oslovakia).

He has received some international Awards for his posters:
-Icograda Excellence Award, 8th Tehran International Poster Biennial, 2004
-Honorable Mention, 8th International Poster Biennial of Mexico, 2004
-First Prize, 1st International Biennial of Islamic World Poster, 2004
